If you are not satisfied with your DeckTools Software® license purchase within 60 days of your order, for any reason, simply email support@decktools.com to arrange a refund in the form of a corporate check.

Guarantee only applies to DeckTools License Purchases. All License Purchases are final after 60 days. All services, and hardware (computers, etc.) are final at the time of purchase.

Software Refund Procedure

1. Email DeckTools Customer Support support@decktools.com to request the license purchase refund
2. Support personnel may ask you to run the DeckTools application and select a specific command or menu item on the Help menu to make sure your license is deactivated
