What are my options for getting DeckTools today?
You can purchase a license from our online store. A license purchase is a one-time payment for the rights to use the current version of the product. All online support, deck, railing, and fencing features, and materials library updates for the current version are included in the price.

Why do two charges sometimes show up for my single payment?
When using a check card (a checking account debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo on it) it is sometimes necessary for our billing process to perform a preauthorization of the transaction. The preauthorization is not actually a charge and will either be removed after the transaction is settled or a negating charge will be added so the net amount of the final charge is correct.
How much does a license cost?
The retail price for each license is $799 USD. The license includes all updates for the current version. Current license purchase customers will be given an option to purchase future major upgrades at a reduced price. There are no mandatory or annual support costs.
What is your refund policy?
We are committed to your success. Every license comes with a wealth of free training and support. In the unlikely event that you will need to return your license, you will be refunded in full within 60 days of your purchase. Read the full details here.
