  1. Uplift loads have been increased 33% and 60% for earthquake or wind loading with no further increase allowed; reduce where other loads govern.
  2. Allowable downloads may not be increased.
  3. Maximum hanger gap between end of joist (truss) and face of carrying member is 1/8".
  4. NAILS: 16d = 0.162" dia. x 3 1/2" long, 10dx1 1/2 = 0.148" dia. x 1 1/2" long, 10d = 0.148" dia. x 3" long.
