Simpson Strong-Tie provides experienced field representation and engineering technical support to assist with repairs to the Simpson Strong-Wall® Shearwall if mis-installations occur.

In the case of mis-installations, simply submit a Repair Request Form (see below). We will then provide you with a repair letter detailing our technical recommendations and, if necessary, send a field representative to your project site to provide additional assistance.
