The Simpson Strong-Wall Shearwall Selector is a program with two Design Modes (Engineered and Wall Bracing) that selects the proper Wood or Steel Strong-Wall for a particular framing and foundation application. New version available November 2008!

A note about installation:

During the installation process, the software will check to see what version of the .NET framework is installed on your computer and if the correct version is not found, it will route you to a microsoft.com page titled "SDKs, Redistributables, and Service Packs". Download the x86 version of the .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package, as shown here:
