Important instructions:

During the installation process, the software will check to see which version of the .NET framework is installed on your computer. If the correct version is not found, you will be routed to a Microsoft.com page titled "SDKs, Redistributables, and Service Packs" so that you can download and install the most recent version. The proper version of the .NET framework is necessary for the software to work.

The Microsoft.com page will offer several versions of the .NET framework. Choose the x86 version of the .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package, as shown in the illustration to the right:
