One question changed construction forever. In 1956, our founder Barc Simpson was asked a simple question: “Can you make a connector for a roof?” That moment sparked a movement that transformed how structures are built.

Elizabeth Rajs
Since 2019, Elizabeth has led annual campaigns supporting Undue Medical Debt, raising more than $40,000 to erase nearly $5.7 million in medical debt for 5,787 people nationwide. Through creative fundraising events and community outreach, her efforts have helped thousands of families facing overwhelming healthcare costs.
Jonathan Freeman
Jonathan dedicates more than 100 hours each year to HomeAid Inland Empire, serving as a board member and leading major fundraising efforts such as Shoot for a Cure. His work supports homeless families and veterans through critical resources, outreach and advocacy.
Tim Kaucher
Tim donates countless hours each month to youth sports—coaching, maintaining fields and managing league operations. His commitment ensures thousands of kids have a safe, positive place to play, learn and grow every season.
