The Facilities Maintenance Technician will provide skilled support in maintaining and repairing the physical plant and equipment required by the manufacturing operation. Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep structure, systems, utilities, appearance, and general upkeep of the plant facilities. Duties may involve pipe fitting, insulating, and welding, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment and repairing buildings, floors or stairs.

|50%||Perform scheduled, preventative and repair maintenance on plant facilities to keep building systems operating efficiently, or to keep the physical condition of the building and grounds from deteriorating. May include power management (solar), security, HVAC, building fire alarm systems, computer room fire suppression systems, computer room UPS backup systems and generators. Maintain and upgrade electrical fixtures, ballast replacements and exterior lighting as needed. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, or basic equipment. Repair and assemble office furniture as needed.|
|40%||Diagnose problems and determine how to correct them, checking blue prints and electrical schematics, repair manuals, part catalogs, as necessary. Assist in determining the options available, and/or parts needed to make necessary repairs. Maintain records of maintenance work as required.|

This full-time, non-exempt position is located at 5151 S. Airport Way in Stockton, California.
