The Organizational Development Specialist plans, coordinates, and delivers company-wide solutions in areas including change management, leader, employee and high potential development, organizational and team effectiveness initiatives. The specialist focus will be on leadership and employee development. Immediate responsibilities will include planning, launching and implementing a new Emerging Leaders program for the organization, in partnership with the Sr. OD Specialist and OD Manager.

|35%||Plan, schedule, facilitate, and maintain leadership and employee development programs including, but not limited to: Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workday and other HR systems, Presentation skills, New Employee Orientation. Build and manage training calendar(s), ensure schedule accommodates locations and frequency needs. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with HR staff as needed. Deliver training globally, with initial focus in North America.|
|35%||Work with Organizational Development Manager and/or Sr. OD Specialist to identify performance gaps and build training and other OD solutions; support leadership and employee development.|
|15%||Build and maintain training and development portal(s), ensuring resources/toolkits are easy to access and meet learner needs. Source relevant content keep content fresh and up-to-date.|
|15%||Work with LMS Administrator to ensure LMS content meets organizational needs, is appropriately assigned, content is current and in alignment with training objectives.|
