The Inside Sales Representative will receive, process, and respond to orders and inquiries from customers of all types including contractors, builders, and wholesale distributors while working with production, shipping, and other branch departments to coordinate and meet customer needs timely and effectively.

|50%||Answer incoming phone calls and provide customers with requested information (pricing, ship dates, freight estimates, etc.) ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Investigate and answer customer inquiries related to the catalog, products, and product use. Provide limited technical assistance to inquiries.|
|50%||Input customer orders into order entry computer system. Convert quotes to orders, track shipments, price special orders and initiate Customer Service Error Reports (CSER) in the system. Work with other branches to fulfill orders. Act as a liaison between customers and the production and shipping departments to ensure parts are produced and shipped in a timely manner.|
