|50%||Responsible for planning/ordering and analyzing Branch inventory levels, including, but not limited to; interbranch orders, manufacturing work orders and vendor provided products. Evaluate product stock status, minimum quantities, and forecasting. Ensure Item Master is maintained timely and correctly. Also, serve as backup to Master Scheduler for scheduling of stamping presses.|
|20%||Demonstrate root-cause analysis by analyzing sales trends and changes, inventory turns, inventory control and warehouse capacity. Establish daily production priorities for customer demands consistent with master scheduling requirements, material needs, inventory objectives and service level goals. Perform regular analysis and report on production status and activities, and create daily reports to identify and address issues for minimal disruption to production activities|
|20%||Streamline interdepartmental information and communication; Must interface with inside/outside sales, production, shipping/receiving, purchasing, rep warehouses and inventory control from all branches. Work with purchasing to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials in accordance to MRP schedules. Work as a team player with operations, procurement and technical personnel to address production demands and resolve issues.|
|10%||Process improvement and lean - Establish new processes as needed to ensure orders are fulfilled timely and efficiently.|

This full-time, exempt position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
