The IT Support Services Analyst will work in an agile environment who is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of company IT systems, and providing IT support to CG Visions/Simpson Strong-Tie employees in our Lafayette, IN office as well as other global locations. In addition, this individual will be an extraordinary technician, superior communicator, maintain excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented. Providing Level 1 & 2 support of IT issues with user applications, systems and network devices is the primary focus of this role. This is full-time position.

|40%||Address internal employees’ IT related issues and requests, follow up with employees on open incidents and requests and document support efforts in the service desk systems.|
|25%||Install, monitor and maintain user workstations, operating systems, applications and proprietary software for clients|

|10%||Perform recurring tasks, such as daily backup, weekly system reports|
