The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods needed to fulfill customer orders.
|% Time||Job Responsibilities|
|65%||Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards. Load and unload trailers and trucks using a forklift.|
|15%||Communicate effectively with coworkers. Apply knowledge of shipping and warehouse processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods.|
|10%||Complete shipments using ERP system. Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment according to picklists. Ship orders using various methods such as parcel packages, will call, and less then load. Create and apply documents, such as shipping labels, packing list, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment.|
|5%||Identify, store and rotate inventory as needed. Clean, restock and maintain an efficient warehouse system. Audit daily forklift checklists.|
|5%||This person will work closely with Inventory Control on maintaining appropriate inventory levels.|
|Required or Preferred||Degree or Certification|
|Required||High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)|
|Required||Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (will re-certify at hire)|
|Years||Type of Experience|
|2 years||Shipping, order picking, and forklift driving experience.|
|Skill Knowledge or Ability||Explanation|
|Shipping, warehouse, inventory knowledge||Demonstrate a basic understanding of shipping, warehouse, inventory processes, and other techniques for maximizing effective distribution of goods.|
|Equipment||Operate forklift and reach truck.|

This full-time non-exempt position is located in Kapolei, Hawaii.
Relocation will be considered for this position.
