Click on the link. The download should begin automatically. Be patient -- large files may take several minutes to download, depending on the speed of your connection to the internet and other factors.

Right-click (or control-click) on the link, then choose "Save link as..." or "Save target as..." from the popup menu to save the file to your computer. Then double-click the file you have downloaded to open and view it.

The PDF file format requires Adobe's free Acrobat Reader (follow the link to download the program). PDF files may open within your web browser window if you have the appropriate plug-in installed, or they may open in a separate Acrobat application window.
- To save the PDF onto your computer: choose "Save" from the File menu.
- To print the PDF: choose "Print" from the File menu.
