Roof Frames That Deliver

Safer No-Weld Option

QuickFrames are a solid choice for no weld / no spark project requirements like T.I., laboratories, medical facilities, or if flooring has already been installed, and safer when installation is happening using a lift at 20-feet.

Expert Customer Service

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, expert engineering guidance, and unmatched structural support for QuickFrames that will elevate the quality of your workmanship above the competition.

Adjustable in the Field

QuickFrames are designed to solve project communication challenges. The frames are pre-engineered, telescoping, and adjustable—so when fabrication is backlogged, locations change, or welding is a challenge, it can still be handled.

What Our Customers Say

Ely Cox

Project Manager | Providential Fabricators

“QuickFrames made a difference by alleviating coordination issues relieving the headache of trying to chase down dimensions we need from other subs. They install faster to cut down on time needed for other projects.”

Robert Merritt

Senior Contract Administrator | Basden Steel

“QuickFrames is the best roof opening solution. No need to wait for BIM coordination to obtain opening locations for fabricating shop steel frames. Plus, the field team can turn over an area to GC faster, releasing other trades to begin their work.”

Matt Howard

Project Manager | S+H Steel

“We’ve done multiple projects with QuickFrames and the reason is they free up our fabrication backlog where we can effectively move two projects forward at once. Something we would not be able to do otherwise.”

Philip Vaglica

Estimator | IDEAL Contracting

“We use QuickFrames due to the availability and shorter lead times. QuickFrames allows for erector friendly field adjustments alleviating the stress attributed to constant design changes and detailing.”

Cindra Ray Salisbury

Project Manager | Encore Steel

“QuickFrames was the best solution for the changed mechanical exhaust fan locations after decking was installed, making it considerably easier from detailing and fabrication and erection. The process was seamless.”

How do I order and what do I need to place my QuickFrames order?

To order, you can submit your specification information through the Request a Quote page on our website, or you can send your plans via email to structuralsteelsales@strongtie.com.

For small frame quantities (>10 frames), we need the joist/beam spans (in inches), the opening dimension running parallel to the joist, the type of roof, and weight of the rooftop equipment being supported.

For large frame quantities, send us a complete set of plans and we will perform the take-offs for you.

How do I prepare for a QuickFrames shipment?

Your QuickFrames order will arrive on a pallet. You will need a forklift to unload or lift gate service is also available.

How do we determine which hanger to use?

You don’t need to figure this out on your own. We will assign the appropriate hanger for your project based on the design criteria.

Are weldable hangers available?

Yes! Weldable hangers are available and will be determined according to the uplift needs. We can also provide site-specific hangers.
