The new Strong-Wall high-strength steel shearwall (SSWH™) is a next-generation prefabricated solution that is designed to handle some of the highest load capacities of any prefabricated shearwall on the market while providing a slimmer profile that frees up valuable space for greater design flexibility. Engineered for seismic and high-wind regions, the SSWH allows for fewer required shearwalls per project without compromising performance. The SSWH and WSWH walls now use the same anchorage template and bolts, streamlining specification and making installation easier.
The new Strong-Wall High-Strength Steel Shearwall (SSWH) is now available and represents the next evolution of our steel shearwall solutions. As we phase out the Steel Strong-Wall (SSW), our team is here to help customers smoothly transition to the upgraded SSWH system.
